Attending school and getting your degree in biomedical engineering is the most arduous part of starting your engineering career. However, once you have your degree, you have to get your license from the Kentucky Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors. After you pay your $225 examination fee, you can sit for the Professional Engineer exam. You get your license once you successfully pass this exam.
