Automotive Engineering Schools in New Jersey

If you want a career in the research sector, you should consider earning a Master’s degree or PhD. These degrees take two and seven years respectively. Your school may require you to take higher-level courses in automotive engineering, including Mechanical Vibrations, Battery Systems & Control, and Advanced Combustion.
All four degree levels have significant lab components. Your school’s engineering lab is where you can work with vehicles, vehicle parts, and engineering tools.
With 11 engineering schools in its borders, it’s clear that New Jersey has a wide range of tuition rates for its students. On the low end of the scale, you have Brookdale Community College. At this school, tuition is $115.50 per credit for residents and $256 per credit for non-residents. Tuition at Stevens Institute of Technology is considerably higher, at $22,105 per semester.
